A new, community-led arts festival in Ardee

A new arts festival in Ardee, a vibrant one-day celebration of arts, music, community, and the town.

This inaugural event takes place on Saturday, 1 November 2025, with activities happening across Ardee. The festival theme is Samhain and Halloween, with the town as its central feature. Expect roaming street-arts and events hosted in outdoor spaces and venues, including St. Mary’s Church, Ardee Library, historic Hatch’s Castle, the School of Music, and the Dee Hub.

Schools Art Competition – In the lead-up we are inviting children to participate in the Schools Art Competition!

Shop Window Scheme: businesses can embrace the Samhain theme by decorating shop windows, with support from Ardee Traders Association with Louth County Council.
