Squid Media Shackled

Squid Media Ireland is a Dundalk-based film production company. The company has produced a number of short films including The Hollow Girl, and has now venturing into the world of feature-length films. The first of these projects is the supernatural thriller, Shackled. The film tells the story of a woman unravelling the devastating mysteries surrounding the murder of her brother. The film was shot in Dundalk and the cast and crew is comprised of local actors and filmmakers, directed by Dave McCabe. The project received Createlouth funding from Dundalk Town Council in 2009.
