Creative and Cultural Jobs Stimulus Measure Funding 2020
The Creative Ireland Culture Team in Louth is pleased to announce an open call for Louth based creative practitioners, to submit applications for the Creative and Cultural Jobs Stimulus Measure Funding 2020. The purpose of this funding is primarily to boost Ireland’s economy in response to the coronavirus pandemic and to stimulate the cultural and creative sector in local communities. These grants are offered as part of Louth Creative Ireland Programme to deliver activities taking place between September and December 2020.
Creative practitioners in the fields of Visual Art, Heritage, Local History, Architecture, Theatre, Film, Craft, Dance, Music, Literature, Traditional Arts, Circus, Street Art & Spectacle affected by Covid-19 are eligible to apply.
The Creative and Cultural Jobs Stimulus Measure Funding will provide support for:
1. Placing creativity at the heart of economic development
2. Innovative place-making projects in local areas
3. Collaboration, and
4. Professional development of creative practitioners and / or organisations.
Proposals must also include delivery of strategic objectives of the Louth Culture and Creative Strategy 2018 – 2022. Further information on this funding scheme can be found on www.createlouth.ie
